Consultations are by appointment and are available:

Appointments are usually of fifteen minutes duration to allow plenty of time to discuss any problems that may have been worrying you.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please let us know so that it can be offered to another animal owner.

Emergency “Out of Hours” Service
In the event of a veterinary emergency please call the main line on 0118 978 1325 at all times - listen to the entire message and contact the duty veterinary surgeon on the number provided.

Out of hours emergencies will be routinely directed to the Vets Now Emergency Clinic in Reading where a veterinary team is on standby to deal with your sick or injured pet.
